Bloom Event Studio is 2,500 square feet. We can accommodate up to 105 guests standing or 80 seated.
Payments will be accepted by cash, Zelle, Credit or Debit, Afterpay, Shop Pay, Affirm, Sezzle, and Klarna. We do offer monthly Installments. All credit card and installment transactions are subject to processing fees. Tax will be added to all sales.
We do not offer refunds. Should you cancel your event, we offer a change date service for a $250 fee. This allows you to select another date within one year of the cancellation. Bookings are non-transferable.
Bloom provides 60” Round Tables, 6ft Rectangle Tables, luxury clear Chiavari chairs, on-site parking, air-conditioning/heat, kitchenette, mobile bar, buffet room, ample parking, and Wi-Fi.
Select “Book Now” or “Schedule a Tour” to see us in person to book your event. A 50% non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. You can also email us at info@bloomeventshtx.com to check available dates.
There is a “NO SMOKING” and “NO VAPING” policy inside the building. YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT IF THERE IS ANY EVIDENCE OF SMOKE or VAPING, and the event will be canceled. Approval from the venue is required for the use of sparklers. For questions about hookah, please reach out to the venue.
Security is required for all evening events or events serving alcohol. No exceptions unless prior management approval is authorized! No third-party security is allowed.
Yes, we have ample on-site parking available free of charge for all guests.
Yes, alcohol is permitted with a licensed and insured bartender. Security personnel is required for all events serving alcohol for the full duration of the event. If you are using your own bartender, a copy of their current license will need to be submitted no later than 24 hours before the event.
Glitter, confetti, sand, tacks, staples, adhesive/tape, command hooks, push pins, nails, and paint bombs are ALL PROHIBITED at Bloom Event Studio. Any decorating that will cause damage to the venue is restricted. YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT IF THERE IS ANY EVIDENCE OF using any prohibited items or damage to the venue!
All clients are required to clean up after their event unless cleaning is included in a purchased package or the cleaning fee has been purchased separately.
There is a strict no-pet policy both inside and outside the venue.
